The Jones Library is pleased to serve
as a collection point for Project Backpack 2014, a community outreach
program of the Amherst Public Schools that provides new backpacks and school
supplies to income-eligible students. A list of suggested items is
found below.
Please bring your donation to the Children’s
Room by August 1, to allow for distribution before school
starts.
***There is a desperate need for larger backpacks for
students in grades 7 - 12.***
