David Copperfield book group

The Jones Library is celebrating Charles Dickens' 200th birthday by starting a book group to read his favorite and most autobiographical novel, David Copperfield. The group begins Saturday, March 3rd and will meet every other week. Our goal is to read 9 chapters or more for each get together, stamina permitting. Coffee will be provided. Please try to read the first 9 chapters for the first meeting.

Sign up at the Jones Reference Desk by phone (259-3096), email (reference at joneslibrary.org), or in person. You can check out a copy of the novel at Reference if underlining is not a necessity. We've got some large print editions and a few audio books, too.

If you've got questions please contact Seth at sethmr@joneslibrary.org.

This will be a great adventure.
